3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are provided via formal quotes and are subject to change based on material costs and shipping rates. We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally from our China factory. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates (including 3-day rush options), we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure.

5. Intellectual Property

By providing logos or designs for customization, you warrant that you have the legal right to use such assets. DIC Promotion is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from client-provided artwork.

6. Limitation of Liability

DIC Promotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
