Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom Products Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our custom products (lanyards, keychains, etc.), all custom orders are final and non-returnable once production has started or the order has been delivered, provided the products match the approved digital mockup.

2. Defects and Quality Issues

If there is a manufacturing defect or the products delivered differ significantly from the approved mockup, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate the issue and may offer:

  • Replacement of the defective items
  • Partial or full refund depending on the severity of the issue
  • Store credit for future orders

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production has commenced. Once materials have been prepared or production has started, a cancellation fee may apply to cover incurred costs.

4. Shipping Claims

If your package is damaged during transit, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.
